How Wincon works

Where the numbers come from

Everything comes from the Riot Games API, which shares the data of ranked games publicly. Champion pages and tier lists are built from high-ranked Ranked Solo/Duo games and updated every day. They only show totals: win rates, builds, timings. No champion page shows who played.

Player lookups

When someone looks up a Riot ID, we get that player's rank, recent games and current game from Riot, the same information the game client and other stats sites show. We keep it so pages load quickly and Riot isn't asked twice:

• The Riot ID, profile icon and level.
• Rank snapshots, which make the rank history.
• Recent games. A game appears on the profile of each of its ten players, with their Riot IDs, as in match history.

Players in streamer mode are never named in live games. We don't estimate MMR or hidden ratings.

Removing your data

Email [email protected] with your Riot ID (Name#TAG) and region. Within 7 days we will:

• delete your profile, rank history and list of games;
• remove your name from every game on Wincon, where you'll show as "Player";
• stop showing you in lookups and live games, for good.

To make sure the request comes from you, we may ask you to change your profile icon to one we pick for a few minutes. Your games still count in champion statistics, which never show who played.

Visitors

• No accounts, no sign-up, no ads, and no advertising or analytics cookies.
• Recent players, favorites and your region stay in your browser's storage. They're never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes them.
• Our web server keeps standard logs (IP address, page, browser) for up to 14 days, to keep the site working and safe from abuse. Then they're deleted.
• Pages are delivered through Cloudflare, which may set a short-lived security cookie to block bots.
